Order queries, shipping and tracking (where is my order?), refunds, damaged goods, or international shipping quotes, please email Customer Services quoting your order number (if you have one) on info@themodernnursery.com

If you want to speak to someone, please call Customer Services free on +44 (0) 808 196 5008: Monday-Friday 9:30am-2:30pm. All voicemails are returned within 24 working hours.

Live Chat is available 9:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday and 5pm-8:30pm on Tuesday-Thursday. Instagram Direct Message is open 24/7, all DM's are answered within 1-12 hours depending on time zone.
